This is an exciting time of growth and development for Rodefer Moss with changes in each of our offices. We are pleased to announce some promotions, transfers, and new faces.
The executive leadership team has expanded with the addition of Mike Levesque, Senior Director of Business Strategy. Mike will focus on identifying, negotiating, and transitioning acquisitions for Rodefer Moss, lead generation and business development, and assistance with expanding partners’ and senior team members’ individual centers of influence.
Levesque brings a wealth of knowledge and professional experience to Rodefer Moss. He is a former senior operations officer at Regal Entertainment Group, where he had direct responsibility for 300 locations and 15,000 employees. While at Regal, he gained experience with leverage buyout firms, NYSE analysts, mergers and acquisitions, and more. He later transitioned to the financial services industry, working with Knoxville-headquartered professional service firms PYA and Lawhorn CPA Group. At Lawhorn, he negotiated the acquisition of several CPA firms in the Southeast U.S.. Levesque has also led the marketing and business strategy efforts of both small and publicly traded companies as senior and executive vice president.
Mike’s leadership and extensive experience in business development is a welcome asset to the Rodefer Moss team. We look forward to working with him in this capacity.
Jennifer Bayne has been promoted to Director of Corporate Operations. Jennifer will serve our clients and partner group by focusing on efficiencies for all offices. She will be a liaison between executive leadership and staff, mentor and train the firm-wide administrative team, design and manage curriculum and education tracks for internal training, and oversee recruiting efforts for the entire firm.
Bayne has 20 years of management experience. After a decade in the beauty services industry, she joined Rodefer Moss in 2012 as a client service administrator. She was quickly promoted to office manager followed by corporate operations manager. She specializes in building relationships, collaborating across departments, improving support programs, and enhancing client satisfaction.
Jennifer will excel in this new capacity. She is a strong connection between the firm administration and the partner group and important leader in recruiting initiatives and training for our professional staff. She is an asset to our team.
